Spending Xmas at this hotel was a fantastic choice. The views from the room were breathtaking, the breakfast was lavish, and the onsen was rejuvenating. I particularly enjoyed seeing Santa Claus making an appearance during breakfast, it was a delightful surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the shuttle service was convenient for getting around. The parking facilities were also spacious and ample.

There weren't many dining options nearby, and the few that were available lacked variety. some of the holiday activities were geared toward children, and as a solo traveler, I felt a bit out of place.
